Manage tens of thousands of products or just one. A relational (Microsoft SQL Server) database allows inventory to be organized into unlimited number of categories, product lines and products for easy page-by-page navigation. You can even separate catagories by type so that all the products in each category will be displayed within a different color, header, navigational aids, etc. (This last feature is actually a custom feature since it involves client specific requirements and queries, etc.)

Our shopping cart is a fully customizable real-time e-commerce shopping cart system, with built-in content management. It incorporates an online store building utility that simplifies a store management. All system-level and merchant-level administration runs entirely from a web browser.

Whereas you can modify and add to the database contents, we must first design the graphics and layout of your pages, including Privacy Policy, About, Contact Us, Terms, etc. These are almost always static pages, but include the header (top and / or sidebar navigation) and footer (bottom) files that are common to the entire site. A truly dynamic, database enabled site eliminates duplication of code.

For example, espchemicals.com displays over 16,000 items in 3300 groups, split into 3 categories. Yet it uses just 3 "templates" to display any of the products - one each for categories, groups and product items. Meta-tag Title, Keyword and Description can also be entered into the database. The shopping cart is completely integrated with UPS.

Integrated sub-modules include shipping, taxes, discounts, order retrieval, product options, and reports. We run our software on our own servers, supporting multiple domains, multiple SSL certificates, and custom template modifications while still using the dynamic settings provided by the online administration modules.

At the core of our system is a set of modules that provide the functions necessary to e-commerce, such as user tracking, product management, and online payment processing.

However, this same system can also be used for non e-commerce applications such as records storage, publishing, etc. For example, if you need to display the pages of a magazine online, and you have several different monthly magazines. Then each magazine would be a category, each category would contain the issues of a particular month, making 12 groups, and finally each group would display the individual pages in the magazine, whether it be one page or many, in any format you choose.

The possibilities are endless.
